We are the Traub's!

We have raised 4 beautiful children and have been blessed with 4 beautiful grandchildren.

In 2012 we purchased a Farm; My husband wanted to raise cattle like his grandfather had. Our Ranch is located in the hills of Carroll County, Mississippi.

After quite a bit of research we decided to raise Dexter Cattle. Why?

They are a gentle breed with a great disposition.
They also have very few problems with delivering their young.
They provide excellent quality meat & milk.
Their smaller size makes them a nice size for a family to have slaughtered for themselves without having more meat then they could handle.

I have always believed that it is vitally important to eat the best quality foods possible with the fewest additives...

With that in mind, we strive to only give our animals something that they could get in NATURE. Our cows can freely graze as they choose. They are never held in feed lots or given any type of growth hormones. We use a Rotational Grazing system that helps utilize our land to the best of our ability, and allows for grazing efficiency.

We are always excited to speak to people about our cattle and beef.
