We really enjoyed the beef. Overall quality of beef far exceeds what you will find at the local grocery. The steaks were tasty, tender and well marbled. The roasts were lean and tender; they fell apart cooking in the crock-pot.  The hamburger was lean and grilled very well.  We highly recommend this beef.
